The mini-burgers and mini-salads are a great idea, the tortillas are unbeatable as always, and I love the new selection of pintxos and meals.

All very well, but two suggestions from me... Your coffee costs 1.75, the ones close by are all 1.70... Sometimes, earning less means gaining more customers, and making them regulars. On the other hand, next door we have Kurrusko, and right around the corner, another long-standing bar. In that other bar, they don't have any signs or notices saying "Consumption of products not belonging to this establishment is prohibited"... Do you know who frequents it? Lots of people, each one a father and a mother, students, teachers, unemployed people attending LANBIDE training... And sometimes, from each little group, there are a couple of people who bring their own sandwiches, yes, from outside... And you know what? No one says anything, and that traditional bar is "always packed," because there are two who only have coffee, maybe because they can't spend more, but the rest drink coffee and a lot of tapas... Sometimes, solidarity lies in these little things: being permissive or turning a blind eye, because these people don't consume more not because they don't want to, but often because they can't... And if there's a sign in your establishment prohibiting that license, the rest, their colleagues, out of solidarity, will have tapas and coffee wherever their colleagues are welcome... Being supportive only brings good things, for all of us, and in the long run... So, for me, for my colleagues, and for my future self, because maybe there will come a day when I too will have to tighten my belt... For everyone, please take that visit from the fridge, and that way you'll gain customers, and even friends for life... Everyone is free to run their business however they want, but if a customer gives you advice, take it seriously; they do it because they appreciate you. A big hug!!

A must-see in Bilbao: the best spots in the city with VERY GOOD coffee and exquisite service, just like family. A must-see every time I go to Bilbao. Highly recommended.
